Luke is magically transported or daydreaming about the days of ancient Rome.  Placed directly into the sandals of a gladiator, Luke faces the hazards of an epic, sword-and-sandals era. Instead of traditional heroics, Luke tackles the absurd.

The short follows his bumbling, slapstick journey through the Colosseum, encountering typical Lonesome Luke-style mishaps as he tries to survive the arena and outwit his foes..
